It’s our mantra as we strive to deliver our best in every way, every single day.
From the freshest produce, seafood, and meat that’s ethically-sourced by our suppliers, through to our speedy and friendly service, Ichiban Sushi is working hard to offer a sushi experience like no other.
We’re a family-owned and operated business. Our team and our customers are an important part of that family.

We require a minimum of 3 hours notice prior to the time of pick-up for platters and sashimi orders. Please make sure one day in advance for large orders or more than 3 platters. Please contact us for more details.

Can I book a table?
We accept requests for group bookings of 5 or more people.
You can request a group booking here, but please note these are requests only, and are not guaranteed.
Do you deliver?
You can have Ichiban Sushi delivered to your door with our delivery partners Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Easi.
Do you offer gluten free items and cater for other dietary requirements?
Yes! We cater for all dietary requirements. Please advise us of any allergen requirements prior to ordering and our friendly staff will be happy to help.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes! There are plenty of vegan items on our menu. You can find these on our menu here, and in a special category on our table ordering system.
Is your menu Halal-certified?
Yes! We source all our ingredients from halal-certified suppliers.
Can I BYO alcohol?
Yes! You can BYO alcohol to our stores. We currently charge a $3 corkage fee per person.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and and all credit cards with the exception of American Express.
